Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup. Inside 72 hours we credit you toward a future rental. Weather, flight delays, and family emergencies — we work with you.

In the event of a no call, no show, or tardiness in picking up your rental, you are required to contact us within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in the release of the rental, making it available for others to rent.
