Shared Policies

No call, no show
In the event of a no call, no show, or tardiness in picking up your rental, you are required to contact us within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so will result in the release of the rental, making it available for others to rent.
Tires
Tires on all of our vehicles are changed at or before the wear reaches 20% of a new tire. Any blowout or flat tire that occurs during a rental becomes your financial responsibility.
