GoGo Rental is a DBA of American Sports Outfitters. We rent motorhomes, motorcycles, mopeds, boats, jet skis, UTVs, and related equipment from yards in Phoenix AZ, Waikiki HI, Fargo ND, Detroit Lakes MN, and Clearwater MN. Reach us at support@gogorental.com or 866-739-4114.
Bookings + payment
All bookings are subject to availability, equipment condition, and applicable insurance requirements. Final pricing including taxes, fees, and any deposits is shown at checkout. By submitting a booking you authorize the charge for the rental total and any pre-authorized deposit.
Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your rental start time. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows forfeit the full booking. Weather and safety cancellations initiated by us are refunded in full.
SMS messaging program
Program name.GoGo Rental Customer Care & Notifications.
How you opt in.By providing your mobile number through our web chat, booking form, or contact form, you agree to receive transactional and customer service text messages from GoGo Rental at the number provided. The phone field on our chat form is labeled “replies sent via SMS” so the consent is clear at the point of capture.
Message types you may receive. Replies from a team member to questions you initiate, booking confirmations, pickup and return reminders, equipment readiness alerts, and follow-up after your rental. Message frequency varies based on the conversation and the booking lifecycle.
Costs. Standard message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any of our texts to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in at any time.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major U.S. carriers but availability is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Liability + insurance
Renters are responsible for damage to equipment beyond normal wear during the rental period. Specific insurance requirements vary by equipment class and location and are disclosed in the rental agreement signed at pickup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The “effective” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email or SMS.
